    Durham University’s Centre for Catholic Studies, in partnership with the Capuchin Franciscans of Great Britain, are pleased to announce a Call for Papers for the forthcoming international conference:

     

    The Franciscan Legacy from the 13th Century to the 21st

    Assessing the Continuing Significance of St Francis and Franciscan Traditions of Theology, Spirituality, and Action

    Durham, UK

    5 – 7 November 2019

     

    A Conference in Honour of the 800th Anniversary of St Francis’ Meeting with Sultan Malek Al-Kamil.

     We welcome proposals for individual short papers and full panels relevant to the following conference strands:
