CTS members are encourage to contact Executive Director of National Conventions Daniel Rober (roberd@sacredheart.edu) if they would be interested in hosting the convention on their campus within the next 5 years.

This requires:

- Availability of campus the weekend following Memorial Day

- Dorm rooms for 150 priced at a reasonable rate (typically $75 or under per night for a single)

- 12 classrooms for paper sessions and a plenary auditorium seating up to 200
