Please plan to fly into Denver International Airport (DEN) if you are arriving by plane. We are working on possible (paid) airport shuttles, but are also providing this shared Google Doc to coordinate rides with other members which will be cheaper than that option:

LIMITED AMENITIES: Please be reminded that CTS offers great value for the convention by utilizing college residence halls and dining facilities. One should not expect the kind of amenities that one might hope to find at a hotel, which would be much more expensive. Take responsibility and be creative in making sure that your comfort is assured and your needs are met: pack a few clothes hangers, a small bedside lamp, a device for making coffee or tea in one's room if one should want that, and perhaps even an extra pillow. We particularly recommend bringing a blanket if you tend to get cold as we cannot guarantee exact linens.
