The Department of Theological Studies at SAINT LOUIS UNIVERSITY seeks to appoint a one-year non-tenure-track assistant professor with expertise in Christian Theology, with preference given to expertise in Black Theology and/or Latinx Catholicism. The appointment is expected to begin on August 1, 2021.
A PhD in hand is required by the time the appointment begins. Candidates will have an established record of teaching excellence, will carry a 3/4 teaching load, and will be expected to teach a range of undergraduate courses, including the introductory Theology course.
