Lumen et Vita, the graduate theological journal of the Boston College School of Theology and Ministry is excited to share with you their coming Spring Conference and would love to invite graduate student members of The College Theology Society so that they can participate by submitting a proposal or attending the conference.
Topic: "The Great Waters of the Kingdom of Matter:" Faith, Religion, Science, and Reality
Keynote speakers will be Dr. Mary Evelyn Tucker (Yale Divinity School and Yale School of Environment) and Dr. Michael Ferguson (Harvard Divinity and Medical Schools).
The conference will take place on Saturday, March 26th, 2022. Abstracts are due on January 20th, 2022, and should be emailed to lumenetvita@gmail.com. Remote and virtual attendance and presenting are possible. A more detailed Call for Papers is attached and linked here:

Additionally, we are excited to announce that the three best papers (as determined by a panel of judges) will each be awarded $400. Prizes are generously funded by the Science for Seminaries initiative of the American Association for the Advancement of Science’s Dialogue on Science, Ethics, and Religion. Boston College’s School of Theology & Ministry received this grant under the leadership of Professor Jessica Black and Professor Dominic Doyle.
